The Student Activity Fee is applied toward the expense

Freshman Orientation Fee $150
The Freshman Orientation Fee is a one-time fee to help  
cover the cost for the student orientation and retreat (SOAR)  
   
Live Text $89
One time fee, Live Text is a web-based e-portfolio and  
assessment tool used by the college.  Students are required to  
have and utilize a Live Text account to complete coursework,    
build an electronic student portfolio, and do course evaluations.  
   
Medical Insurance Cost will Vary
Students who do not provide proof of medical insurance  
coverage will be required to puchase coverage through  
Providence  
   
Transcripts $5
First transcript ever requested is free.  Each additional  
transcript will be assessed the charge.  
   

Individual Music Instruction

 
Half-hour lesson $250/semester
Hour-lesson $500/semester
   
Returned Checks $20
Providence accepts personal checks for the convenience  
of students and parents.  Any check negotiated with the college  
that is not honored by the individual's bank will be subject to  
the penalty charge.  The student is held responsible for  
payment of the unredeemed check.  
   
Graduation Fees $50
This fee will be charged to seniors in the fall of the year they are  
expected to graduate.  This fee covers cap, gown, tassel and  
diploma.  See the business office if you wish to order other  
graudation related items.
