• Every student enrolled full-time at Providence must either enroll or waive the college's student medical insurance program (PDF brochure) online at the Associated Student Insurance Agency portal. The deadline to waive is 8/25/2009.

  Rates for 2009/2010 (8/15/09 - 8/14/10) are:
  • Student Only - Sickness and Major Medical $300.00
  • Each dependent - Injury, Sickness & Major Medical $1,165.00
